Commodity prices are seeing an uptick globally. Steel, Aluminium prices are seen rising on back of rising global demand. In a fresh development NMDC has announced that it will be increasing the Iron ore prices and teh new prices will be effective from March 1, 2017.

National Mineral Development Corporation has informed BSE regarding fixation of iron ore prices with  effect from March 1, 2017.

Lump ore prices have been fixed at Rs 2425/- WMT.

Fines at Rs 2185/- WMT.

National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) was incorporated in1958 as a Government of India fully owned public enterprise.

The company is under the administrative control of the Ministry of Steel, Government of India.
